The Samsung Remote Server is our biggest and most popular SRS product. More then 1500 Samsung mobile phones are supported for unlock & repair on this server. This product is the oldest in our collection and has served hundred of thousands of customers all around the world. The Samsung Remote Server has had many 'First in the World' updates and still continues to do so. Due to the fast updates and impecible service people all around the world favoure this product above any other Samsung unlock method available today

Samsung Remote Server features:

• Direct Unlock
• Read unlock codes
• Reset User code (also called 'user lock' or 'Security code')
• Debranding
• Repair 'Phone freeze' and 'Phone locked, return for service' messages.

Not all features are available for every model, this depends on the family a model belongs to. You can find the exact supported features per phone model on the websites mentioned bellow under 'Product websites'.

Debranding
Debranding is the removal of the Telecom operator logos, photos and other stuff from the firmware on your mobile phone. As a result you will always have more free space on the phone, often a faster phone and you don't have those annoying logos and photos you can not delete on your phone anymore. In some cases you even have more functionalities on the phone as some operators block certain options. Such things can be using mp3's as ringtone, using skype, changing internet profiles to connect to other operators etc. The Samsung Remote Server only offers debranding for Samsung 3G models, we do this because the non 3G models can be damaged almost beyond repair with flashing. We do not want to risk this with our customers.

Supported phones
More then 1000 models are supported by the Samsung Remote Server, this means pretty much every GSM model is supported. CDMA models are not supported (there are a few CDMA exception that are supported) but due to huge technical differences between GSM models and CDMA models and the fact our expertise lies in GSM models CDMA models are currently not in our focus. Note; every model will need a cable to unlock / repair / debrand your model
